Control Your Mind, Control Your Destiny

Control Your Mind, Control Your Destiny

By SOP newswire2

If you can control your mind, you can control your destiny.  Unfortunately, controlling our mind has more to do with our health than we realize.  As we age, the brain shrinks due to atrophy, loses its insulation due to demyelination and its red blood supply all becomes ischemic.

Additionally, the brain loses its electrical processing speed as the call to action differential slows and we are unable to translate our thoughts into actions.  In essence, the aging brain is an enemy of the mind and we must reverse that aging.

Check out our PATH Foundation`s latest study at :

This study urges the need for brain-health checkups in primary care practice.  Our research found that the BEAM (Brain Electrical Activity Mapping) combined with TOVA (Test of Variables of Attention) can be used to validate the findings of low PET brain metabolism.

Basically, this simple and cost-effective BEAM and TOVA combination can be used to track brain processing speed, making brain health much easier to follow.
