Boy, 10, Grabs Steering Wheel From Passed-Out Great Grandma: Video

By Robert Paul Reyes

"A Colorado family said a 10-year-old boy was able to steer his great-grandmother`s car off the highway when she passed out behind the wheel.

Darlene Nestor, who is known to her great-grandchildren as `Grandma Great,` said she was driving from Cheyenne Wells to Golden July 26 when she suffered a minor heart attack and fell unconscious behind the wheel."

Any woman who`s lived long enough to become a great-grandmother has no business driving a vehicle on a highway.

Nestor`s license should immediately be revoked; the only thing she should be driving is a Hoveround inside her house.

The young hero was in the passenger`s seat and his little brother, Ryder, 4, was in the back when his older than dirt great-grandma fell unconscious behind the wheel.

Gryffin was able to grab the steering wheel and steer the vehicle into a muddy ditch which brought it to a stop.

Kudos to Gryffin Sanders, he is a gentleman, scholar and a hero!
