Oprah Winfrey Refuses To Shill For Obamacare

By Robert Paul Reyes

"Oprah Winfrey has been notably distancing herself from President Obama and First Lady Michelle and apparently her latest slight came against Obamacare.

The media icon was asked to attend a meeting at the White House along with other celebrities to see how they could help create some positive publicity for the Affordable Care Act.

Rather than jumping on board like Alicia Keys and Jennifer Hudson, Oprah reportedly quickly said that she would not be attending the meeting."

If Oprah endorses a book, it will hit #1 on the New York Times bestseller list in a New York minute.  Oprah`s recommendation of any product carries more weight than the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval.

But even Oprah can`t create any positive publicity for the most flawed and ill-conceived law in our history.

If the talk show queen shilled for Obamacare, she would lose her credibility and standing with her fans.

According to journalist Ed Klein, Oprah`s refusal to promote Obamacare is her way of getting back at him for not giving her access to the White House after she tirelessly campaigned for him in 2008. It`s safe to say that Obama isn`t one of Oprah Winfrey`s favorite things.

Most people would do practically anything if President Obama asked for their help, but Oprah isn`t most people.

The media icon sees herself as a Goddess, and she`s furious than an underling, Obama, failed to regularly invite her to the White House after she helped elect him president.

If Obama wants to get back in Oprah`s good graces, he must appear on her talk show, shed a tear, and beg her forgiveness.

Who is more loathsome: Oprah, Obama or Obamacare?
