Man Taking Dying Dog on 'Bucket List Adventure'
"A New Jersey man whose 15-year-old dog was given a terminal prognosis is taking his furry friend on a cross-country bucket list adventure.
Thomas Neil Rodriguez said he was already planning to tour the country working events as DJ Neil Armstrong and he decided to alter his plans and bring along his fiancée and his 15-year-old dog, Poh, when veterinarians told him the canine has multiple inoperable tumors. "
Thus far Rodriquez and Poh have visited Bourbon Street in New Orleans, the Alamo in San Antonio, and the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
I`m not questioning Rodriquez`s love and devotion for his pooch, but his cross-country bucket list adventure is misguided.
Dogs are naturally lazy, and all they want to do is play and sleep, and I`m sure the only thing on Poh`s mind are resting, sleeping and spending quality time with his master.
The only thing Poh wants to do at the Alamo is take a piss, and the only thing he wants to do on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is take a crap.
If Poh could talk he would probably tell his owner that the only item on his bucket list is to live out his last days in the safety and security of his home
If my pooch had a terminal disease, I would take a sabbatical from work, and spend all my time with her.
