Dreams do come true. On May 31, a 91-year-old man just crossed off the first and last thing on his bucket list. With the help of his grandchildren, Walter Thomas purposely backed a car through a garage door for his family, friends and wife to see.
Neither the car nor the garage belonged to Walter. The 1998 Isuzu Rodeo was an old car that his grandson found that was headed to the junk yard. The garage belonged to friends who were planning on demolishing it to make way for a new one.

Crashing a car through a garage door was the first and last item on Thomas` bucket list, at his age one item is all he can remember.
Walter illustrates the fact that boys, regardless of age, will always be boys. I would love to back a car through a garage door, as long as it isn`t my car or my garage.
I`m glad Walter was able to crash through a garage door before he walks through the pearly gates. Kudos to the old man`s grandchildren for making his wish come to fruition.
