Rub-a-dub-dub Tian Tian in a tub! Keepers provided him a tub of water with non-toxic bubble bath soap. He really soaked it up. He rubbed it on his ears "which is called scent-anointing. (Wait for the tail wiggle!) Pandas do not bathe regularly in the wild, but when Tian Tian is in rut "meaning he`s exhibiting behaviors associated with breeding season "he especially likes to play in water. # "PandaStory
YouTube video description
Once in a blue moon I treat myself to a bubble bath, it`s a wonderful way to unwind, relax and achieve bliss. But if I posted a video of myself taking a bubble bath, it would be disturbing and the antitheses of bliss.
Don`t worry I`m not that cruel, instead I am posting a video of an adorable panda taking a bubble bath. Non-toxic bubble bath soap was used in the making of this video, and the delightful panda wasn`t harmed in any way.
Kudos to the Smithsonian`s National Zoo for sharing this video of Tian Tian the bubble bath-loving panda.
