"It seems somebody got hungry enough to steal a candy bar from a car parked overnight.
This is exactly what happened to one Redditor upon leaving a single KitKat bar inside a parked car.
Upon returning to the car the next day, Redditor bangmanator discovered that the candy bar was gone and in its place was what looked to be a hurriedly written note:
Saw the Kit Kat in your cup holder. I love Kit Kats so I checked your door and it was unlocked. Did not take anything other than the Kit Kat. I am sorry and hungry."
The horror, the horror of returning to your vehicle and discovering that a thief has stolen your KitKat chocolate bar. I might leave my cellphone or my briefcase in my car, but I would never leave a KitKat and risk it being melted by the unforgiving Sun or stolen by a heartless thief.
At least the car wasn`t locked, the hungry thief didn`t have to smash a window to claim his delicious prize. Stealing is wrong under any circumstances, but leaving a KitKat in an unlocked car is too much of a temptation.
I`m sure the victim forgave the thief, the love for the tasty candy creates a bond even between victim and thief.
Speaking of KitKat bars, I didn`t get a single KitKat this Halloween, what a rotten Halloween!
